2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, organization, designation, professional LinkedIn profile, and membership category.
- Billing Information: Transaction identifiers, payment timestamp, membership tier, and coupon codes applied. Credit card numbers and bank details are processed directly by our payment processor (Razorpay) and are not stored on ACXI servers.
- Usage and Activity: Login timestamps, explored opportunity modules, certificate generation logs, and communication preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to provide and maintain your membership, verify certificate authenticity, notify you of matching grants and fellowships, issue payment receipts, and protect our platform against fraud and abuse.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We engage vetted service providers solely for essential operational capabilities: Razorpay for secure payment processing and Google SMTP for transactional email dispatch.
5. Certificate Registry & Public Verification
Certificates of membership issued by ACXI contain a unique identifier and the recipient's name and achievement tier. Anyone with the certificate ID or verification QR code can verify its authenticity on our public ledger.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to inspect your stored information, request corrections, or request account termination and data erasure by contacting privacy@acxi.in.
