1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for an ACXI membership, accessing our aggregated opportunity engines, or utilizing official certificate services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Accounts & Security
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing account access with third parties or attempting to bypass role permissions is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
3. Certificate Validity & Verification
ACXI certificates are issued strictly to individuals who maintain an active membership in good standing. Certificates are backed by our cryptographically unique identifier registry. Any alteration, falsification, or unauthorized duplication of an ACXI certificate renders it immediately void and subject to formal legal revocation.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) probe or test the vulnerability of the system; (b) conduct automated scraping of opportunity databases beyond personal research; (c) attempt unauthorized access to administrative controls; (d) introduce malicious code or duplicate requests intended to overwhelm system resources.
5. Termination & Suspension
ACXI administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform integrity, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or present falsified credentials.
